- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer several packages, as well as à la carte services. Our packages range from express (one resume delivered in a few days) to strategic (a resume and job search strategy specifically designed for you). We also offer one of the only subscription services available to job seekers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can begin with a phone call or a form submission, whichever is easier for you! Then, we collaborate to develop the first draft. The majority of our packages offer a 30-day revision window, during which we can collaborate to make changes to your resume. We also offer a 60-day interview guarantee on most services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Morley Career Solutions was founded and is managed by Miranda Morley, a Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW) and MA in English with experience working as a Senior Resume Writer for multiple organizations. Miranda teaches Resume Writing courses throughout the Chicagoland area and is a professor at two institutions of higher learning.
