This guy is a contractor and had asphalt laid in my parking lot for me. He gave me a 15 year guarantee and stated that he would come back to fill holes in my parking lot. The parking lot looks good but the company he hired left debris and bits of concrete from my parking lot on someone else’s property. Since the job has been completed he has ignored my calls and texts which means I have to remove it or potentially pay fines in the future. I can now only assume the “15 year guarantee” made in writing will not be honored since he won’t even answer a phone call or texts. I would recommend proceeding with caution if you choose to hire him.
