Introduction: I have always preferred one on one learning whether it pertains to jiu jitsu or any other skill. This is what makes me so passionate about providing one on one training to others, as a way of paying forward all the help I've received from the great practitioners involved my journey. Martial arts and combat sports can be intriguing while also very intimidating, and private lessons are a great way to ease into group classes and learn potentially life saving techniques.

Patient, punctual, professional, & respectful. Everything you need to learn the basics of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is right here. Jeff is very knowledgeable of this “art form” & a lot of fun to work with.
