This contractor came to measure the flooring for carpet removal and tile replacement, but never provided a quote despite multiple requests. Instead, they made excuses and eventually responded back asking to proceed with another contractor. Had to drive and show my rental condo for measurements after provide floor plan with measurements on it. Such a waste of time!
