- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We're flexible and we always try to work with the customer to fit their budgets. Most of the time we base our pricing on the complexity of the shoot or post-production needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get a feel for their existing brand or style. Figure out their needs and how we can best create content to suit those needs. Come up with a game plan and execute.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
