- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since 3D Designs are custom made the price would depend on what you want, but we offer free price estimates so feel free to ask for anything you need!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You can send us a message with your requirentes, dimensions, pictures and any thing that let us know what you want. We will send you a free price estimate and if we came to a agreement we will start the designing process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our founder and main engineer has over 10 years of experience on designing and constructing water features and more than 18 year working on CAD, CAM and CAE designs.
