FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each project and each customer's needs are like snowflakes, because they are all different. I can provide my hourly rates for general services like graphic design or web updates and things, but to give you a more accurate price we will have to speak over the phone. I promise not to keep you more than 30 minutes. It's just to get to know you, your brand, your vision, and to make sure we are a good fit together.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Client contacts me - I reach to have them schedule a quick video/phone call about their brand and the project - I put together a proposal - Client accepts proposal - I send contract - client signs contract and pays deposit - I start work!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to college for graphic design, and I've been freelancing for companies since I was 16 years old. I've taken numerous continuing education courses after college and I am always trying to learn and master my skills when I'm not working. I sign up for a lot of online classes, workshops, webinars, etc. I am always trying to stay ahead of the curve.
