- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For Estate Planning I offer flat rates. For Family Law Issues (Divorce, Child Custody, Protective Orders) I require a downpayment for the first month and a pay as you go invoicing system. Hourly rates are share during the free consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free consultation to assess your case, then I will send a contract to review and link to make the initial payment online.
