- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing may vary depending on volume and complexity of the item being translated. For ex. a basic 1 page job would begin at $30.00 and will increase based on difficulty.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer would first reach out with what the customer wants and I would give you a proposal/estimate. And we will go from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree in Chinese Language and Literature. I have 5 years experience in teaching and tutoring Chinese. I have 4 years experience in translating various documents for businesses, community centers, condo associations, etc.
