Introduction: I am a Certified Public Bookkeeper and Quickbooks Online Advanced Pro Advisor with over 18 years experience as a full charge bookkeeper. I love to help small business owners gain control of their bookkeeping and build confidence in their abilities. I price my services with flat fees up front rather than hourly, as I feel this is the most fair and eliminates any pricing surprises for business owners. If you need a trustworthy and professional bookkeeper reach out to Mary! Does your Quickbooks needs some organizing and you feel overwhelmed with the task? Reach out to Mary! She is hardworking and extremely efficient. My flooring company's books had become messy and unorganized, she signed on to help us and put us on the right track in 48 hours. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a free Diagnostic Review of your Quickbooks Online in which I provide a detailed plan for getting your books up to date and streamlined as well as an up front estimate for the services. If a clean up/catch up client chooses to retain me for monthly services, a prior client discount is given.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It begins with a phone call with follow up emails in order to assess what the client's biggest need is.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Public Bookkeeper and Quickbooks Online Advanced Pro Advisor.
