The guys, when they came out, were excellent they're very informative, but everything out for me, but I can't seem to get a call back from anyone and I lost the claim with the insurance company because they couldn't verify that there was a leak later and could not get a hold of anyone at this company I was more than disappointed and I've been apologized too and promise that someone call me and since February 15th no one has called me back. I did have a number change, but I also provided Tiger with that new number and more than once, yet still no phone call. I can not comment on the kind of work that they do because we never got that far despite the fact that I was going to hire them because I was impressed with them initially but I find this infuriating that my home is now ruined, claim is now closed and I am at a loss.. a great loss solely because I couldn't get a phone call back from Tiger.

I called Tiger to clear roots from my main drain. They came within 2 hours of me calling them, which is amazing and he was very professional, fast and nice. He explained things very well, and was in and out and had everything working like it should in no time. It also only cost me $73! Because of a special they’re running. I couldn’t ask for better service!
