Size matters. One complaint we frequently hear when acquiring new relationships is that they were previously dealing with individuals not companies. That's great until you have a deadline and your provider is sick, or on vacation. Make sure your sources have a back up plan if they become unavailable, or go with a company that has a large enough staff to make certain your job is completed on time.
