Emma was fantastic. Experience with her was excellent all around. Responsive, professional, and her work was high quality. Unlike some, she had no issues at all with the small backsplash job I needed completed and her price was fair, especially for the quality of work and service received. She worked around my difficult schedule and listened to all my concerns and desires for the project. Good communication throughout. She had no issue working with the tile I had pre-bought and was understanding when we had to wait for more to arrive. She even came over to help select which tiles we wanted to use and to plan their layout. I am thrilled with the final result and will absolutely be using Emma for future projects. A pleasure to work with.

Our tile project was a little different than the normal backsplash. Emma understood clearly what we wanted and achieved it in the overall look. She was meticulous and careful to make sure it was done right. We recommend her Without any reservations at all! She will be our first choice for any tiling project we have in the future. Emma did a fantastic job replacing a big section of damaged floor tile for us. The job was complicated by the fact that all the damaged tiles had to be removed without chipping or breaking the adjacent intact tiles, but she did it with great attention to detail and it looks perfect! She also worked with us in the planning and helped us find a tile match. All around great experience. Wouldn’t hesitate to hire again.

I hired Emma to remove my dated backsplash that looked worse after I got my cabinets repainted and install new backsplash. I got two estimates and Emma’s was the best value. She purchased all the materials except the tile. I trusted Emma to work at my home while I was at work. At the end of each work day she cleaned up. The job took 4 days. Each day Emma was on time and wanted to work at least 8 hours. Day 1 she removed the old tile and prepped for the new tile. Days 2-3 she laid the new tile. Day 4 she put the grout up. Not only did she install the tile but she also convinced me to get the 3x12 tile and she picked out the grout color. I couldn’t be happier with the results! The tile looks great!! Emma is a one women show and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND her services. Thank you Emma!!
