Introduction: I am very professional and good at what I do.I have almost twenty years of experience in many different areas of construction. I take pride in my work and absolutely refuse to cut corners even if it is going to cost me money..I guarantee my work anywhere from two to ten years depending on the type work I'm doing.I am a people person and love what I do. KMN Construction was a great choice for me! Came highly recommended from a friend and I'm so glad I listened. He remodeled my entire basement, a complete remodel and did an excellent job delivering exactly as promised and actually got the job done quicker than expected! That's very rare. He was professional in every way, respectful and courteous and even walked me through the whole process every step of the way. Did I get my money's worth? HELL YES!! I would recommend KMN to anyone wanting quality contracting from a trustworthy professional, and at a price that would shame many competitors. Can't think of any way this job could've been improved upon. Thanks for a job well done!!

Hi There from Illinois!! First I would like to say that I love my remodeled bathroom!!!!!!!. Mike Noll has been very patient and professional through my whole remodel. I have made many changes from tile choices, fixtures and even last minute design changes. Mike demonstrated a professional demeanor through some difficult reconstruction dilemmas that came with the project. (more rotting than expected) He was trust worthy, honest and fare with price and through the construction changes . Mike completed the project date within the date promised. Now I am showering in my new look..... Happy in Illinois

Had some brinks near my foundation cracking and really looking like a mess. Mike really did a good job explaining everything to me as he did the tuck-point work on my home. Really friendly

Honestly, I do not normally leave reviews, but the job that was completed, I felt compelled to leave one. I did not know what to expect from KMN Construction, but I was in dire need of a reconstruction of my bathroom. It was in terrible shape, and I had a previous contractor attempt to fix my problem, but they left it in worst shape than before! After this, I plan to have these people redo my kitchen!

Hello, i would like to leave a comment on the job that Michael Noll did on my kitchen...He replaced my kitchen floor with brand new tile , as well as taking all my old cabinets down and replacing them with new ones .He did an outstanding job!! Very pleased with his work..I also need some work done on my living room wall it was damaged when i moved in..I will be sure to call him to do the job..

No I do not it all depends on the scope of work to be done
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all getting in contact with the customer and then scheduling an estimate entering a proposal and hopefully closing the deal.I am always respectful and tend to get along with with my customers.

I have a certification in construction technologies nearly 20 years of experience in all fields of construction and an OSHA safety standards certification
