- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are priced very competitively. If we are called to do a service call and cannot do the repairs we will not charge you anything. Our common-sense approach to pricing allows us to get and keep life long customers!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always prefer to meet our new customers personally though sometimes a phone call may suffice.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in this industry for almost 40 years, union schooled, and trained until I became a Journeyman and started training others. All of our technicians have many years of experience and been personally trained by me.
