Katie prompt to reach out, knowledgeable on the topics that I needed help with, and worked with me to come to an understanding of what we wanted for our backyard! I didn’t feel like I had to chase her down for responses, and she was incredibly kind the entire project through.
Brenden was great as well. Patient, always willing to make a trip out to our place to talk specifics and show me examples of materials, just all around a great guy. Even when there was a hiccup with pricing and materials, Brenden, Katie and the On Pointe team made it their priority to push the supplier on our behalf. I appreciate that kind of attitude, especially when it saves their customers money.
The patio turned out fantastic, exactly what my family was hoping for, and the team at On Pointe deserves all of that credit for it

However, after three weeks of not hearing anything, I had to reach out myself to see if they were still interested in the job. They said they were, so I took the time to coordinate another appointment around my work and family schedule. Unfortunately, they no-showed again—this time without any call, message, or explanation.
At that point, it was clear this company does not respect their customers’ time. If they are this unreliable just trying to provide a quote, I have no confidence they would follow through or be dependable for actual work. I won’t be using them and would advise others to look elsewhere.
