I had the best experience with On Pointe Services—5 stars all the way! They were extremely easy to book with, and Katie went above and beyond. She sent me photos of a variety of plants and flowers that would work perfectly for my yard, along with detailed info about each one. I absolutely love my gardens now. Every time I step outside, I’m blown away by how beautiful everything looks. The whole process was smooth, thoughtful, and truly exceeded my expectations.

On Pointe was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. Katie prompt to reach out, knowledgeable on the topics that I needed help with, and worked with me to come to an understanding of what we wanted for our backyard! I didn’t feel like I had to chase her down for responses, and she was incredibly kind the entire project through. Brenden was great as well. Patient, always willing to make a trip out to our place to talk specifics and show me examples of materials, just all around a great guy. Even when there was a hiccup with pricing and materials, Brenden, Katie and the On Pointe team made it their priority to push the supplier on our behalf. I appreciate that kind of attitude, especially when it saves their customers money. The patio turned out fantastic, exactly what my family was hoping for, and the team at On Pointe deserves all of that credit for it
