Here are a few examples labor cost for the services we offer: -handyman $65/hour, 2 hours minimum charge; -painting starting at $400 per room, max size 12x12, walls, ceilings, trims and 1 door included; minimum 2 rooms; -rental apartments: painting 2 bedroom unit with 5 total rooms: $1500; -interior door replacement $175; -replacing a basic kitchen faucet $150; -replace a 40 Gal gas water heater $600; -standard toilet replecement $250; -garbage disposal replacement $150; -basic 10x10 kitchen remodel from $7500; -anything else... just ask! PS: $50 discount for repeat customers and $50 credit for a refferal
