I had a custom vanity project with handicap access and built in segments that I had tried for several years to get built, and was unable to find someone with the skill; someone who would be up to the challenge of the complexity of the concept. I invited several carpenters to bid the project, and none accepted it. Apparently no two walls in the space are parallel. Reluctantly I gave up on the project when COVID started. PROFESSIONALISM Over a year later, I went onto NextDoor and posted a picture on of a broken but favorite wooden drawer organizer that I wanted repaired. Chris replied and we talked. The care and interest Chris took in my pitiful drawer organizer caught my attention. I decided to talk about the handicap access vanity project I had still been dreaming of. We set a date to meet and see the space. VALUE We talked about the project in great detail. He listened and asked me questions. Thanks to Chris’ extensive experience, over the course of the project, he introduced design tweaks to accomplish what I wanted, in ways I would have never imagined.
