Sam came out just a couple hours after my initial inquiry. I walked him through the problem. Before starting any thing expensive, he wanted to test the cheap and easy solutions. Lo and behold, the solution was cheap and easy. He then looked over the electrical panel and fixed a couple loose wires. Minimal charges and I am very satisfied. Thank you for the honest and complete work!!

Mister Sparky went above and beyond to fix our electrical issue. We had a partial power outage at our home due to a broken electrical cable coming into our home. Diagnosing the problem was complex and Mister Sparky helped us find a specialist to trace the line to find the break. They then found a temporary and permanent solution that restored our power (and Air conditioning when it was 90º outside). Mister Sparky went above and beyond in a few ways: (1) they called Comed for us when we weren't sure what to ask for, (2) they let us borrow portable AC units during the outage, (3) they did some landscaping work while we were waiting for a landscaping team to arrive and (4) they were always responsive when we had questions. I'd highly recommend Mister Sparky!
