Steve's remodeling of our small (5 x 5) half-bath was remarkable. He was always thinking about how he could do the project better, and the array of equipment he owns to do his work with is impressive. The plumbers in order to replace totally frozen faucets behind our vanity, and commode, had to remove a large (4' x 5') section of the half-bath's wall which Steve replaced He expertly created small holes in the one-piece drywall to perfectly fit around the protruding plumbing pipes. With his suggestion to use crown-molding near the ceiling, the room looks like the restroom of a fancy hotel. He has the tools to custom cut plywood, as well as porcelain tile, was able to even the flooring where the commode sits to make it very stable, and moved an offset lighting fixture to center it over the vanity. His inset of our mirrored medicine cabinet into the wall was masterful. It was somewhat of a challenge to get an estimate from him, but once it was presented and accepted, Steve followed through with everything promised. His tiling of the floor, and painting of walls and ceiling was very well done, and we'll soon be re-hiring him to restore our other (full) bathroom.

Steve went above and beyond what was required to get my jobs done. He didn’t cut any corners and the workmanship is beautiful. He did my powder room mirror, new light fixture, and towel and toilet paper fixtures as well. He also repaired the walls so nicely. Last, he installed my new mailbox. Everything looks great and will last!
