- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We base our pricing on the complication of the call, how long it may take and the site location. Our base is $55.00 per hour plus 22.50 for one way travel inside our primary zone. Other pricing is negotiated based on the work requested.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
PC, laptop, printer repairs as well as SOHO and home networking and wireless connectivity.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure to provide the relevant information about your problem to the repair person.
