FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I got married (2nd marriage) my husband and I not belonging to a church and having prevously been married, talked to several ministers who would not marry us. We heard it all, you do not belong to our church, you have been married before, you have children from your earlier marriage. Basically we did not fit into their catagory for a lasting marriage. I thought how many people are going thru this? How many people just decided not to commit to one another and have their wedding because of this? Finally I found a minister who did not believe in the traditional values of the church wedding. He like me believed in two people who love one another enough to commit and make a marriage work. My personal story of my own wedding lead me into wanting to help others with theirs.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Just because someone gets ordained does not mean they can perform your ceremony. You need someone willing to work with and for you on your special event. Anyone can read a few lines they have printed out, but this is your wedding vows. You need someone who loves their work, it shows during the ceremony.
