They responded to my Thumbtack request within seconds (literally got an email right after I submitted the request). Jeff called and talked through our issue. He scheduled us out a couple of day, but surprisingly called back and was able to fit us in the same day and came out within hours. He and his nephew arrived, immediately diagnosed, fixed the issue and got us up and running again. Professional, Punctual, Responsive, Kind, Customer Attentive, Reasonably Priced - all that. All the things (as the younger generation might say - smile). I highly recommend and have saved them in my phone to pass on to family and friends."See more
