Bob was the first to respond to my request for an appraisal. After receiving other appraisals I decided to go with Mr Bob’s. The work was done quickly and cleanup was fabulous!

I had a job done not only because I needed it done but because I wanted to dedicate the project to my late mother. The project was performed flawlessly and with skill. I would recommend Bob to anyone who appreciates a true artisan of his craft. It was a job well done.

There was no written contract....my mistake. Some of what was done looks good but it wasn’t in my opinion a very professional job. I think the job was way overpriced based on what was done.

I was told when we finished it looked great. “Exactly how she thought it would look” she said. I offered to come back and fix whatever she wanted. She refused.

The work that was completed as far as cut down & clean up, were completed well. However, the job was left incomplete as they were going to return to grind down the stumps. The stumps remain and that was part of the job. Bob had concern of tearing up the yard if it was wet, but there have been days of dry weather & frozen ground and they haven’t returned. There were no issues which is why it’s weird that now there is no return communication from the tree service company & weeks later we’re left with stumps in the yard. Now, we’re left to find another company to finish the job.

We have cash and military discounts. We also take credit cards.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet and greet and negotiate the best price so we’re both happy. Which is hard to do on here with bidding without seeing the job. We need the opportunity to c the job
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
2 year degree in business with 10 yrs experience. Plus I’m a former Marine so discipline is in my dna.
