- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always reading and looking for more better ways to service my customers.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been in other jobs but I was never as happy as when I share my craft with others. I have studied cooking techniques and this is a career.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
If it is something big like a wedding, which I have a wedding cake in June, we meet several times to go over what we want. I always have to put the needs of the customer first. (Their needs sometimes change)
