Ivan ( owner ) just finished my shed’s concrete foundation ( 12x8 ). This was my first experience with any type of concrete work. Ivan is very personable, professional and respectful and didn’t get annoyed with the multiple changes I made throughout the project. The crew arrived on time and checked in with me multiple times throughout the job to make sure I was satisfied. The crew made short work of the job and were also polite and respectful. I was so impressed with Ivan and his crew that when it comes time to do my driveway, I’m calling him back! Ivan also took the time to explain what he was doing and why he was doing it. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is all based off of square footage price that includes concrete delivery, hauling materials, labor, and machinery. Access also is factor when pricing out a job since that dictates how much longer we will take to do a job. Right now we are giving discounts to homeowners who are willing to get the permit themselves. Any questions about the permit process feel free to ask.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing I do is respond as quickly as I can. Then set up an appointment that works best with their schedule. Answering questions is probably my favorite part about working with new clients. So feel free to ask anything. That’s why we are here.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Started my career as an apprentice finisher and once I became a journeyman I was able to work for some of the most reputable companies out there.
