- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strongly believe in giving our customers an unbeatable value! We're often times priced below our competitors, while providing a more polished, professional, higher quality musical entertainment experience. We are always considerate of our customer's budget and needs, and are happy to work closely with them to deliver amazing live music at a price they can afford.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to hear our customer's ideas when it comes to live music for their event. Often times, particular songs requested or certain styles of music can set a theme for the entire event. Once we understand exactly what our client is looking for, we tailor a live music show that's unique and perfectly suited to their event. We always welcome our prospective clients to partake in a private, live audition of our band prior to hiring the group. While we can provide recordings of the band, nothing beats seeing and hearing the actual band members perform live, up close and in person.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our band members have had extensive, formal musical training. In fact, most of our members either currently teach music, or have taught music in the past. Each member has at least 20 years of professional live music performing experience. And, each of our members has had a former, recording career.
