- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I would rather explain my price once than poor quality after the fact. We don't take any deposit and won't get paid till the job is done! We give everyone the best price the first time and the service and experience to back it up
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to do a in home consulation to preform a load calculation on your house to ensure the correct size system is installation. I will email you some options that best fit your home and needs. Low pressure
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All my techs and installers are NATE Certified and trained with the American Standard Customer Care Program
