- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Begin with a FREE PRIVATE LESSON and orientation. Private lessons are $50 per session. Small Group Classes are $75 -$150 per month, depending upon how many classes you will attend per month. Gear packages and retail products are available for purchase on location or on our website. Check our website for latest promotions and discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Chat via phone, text, email, Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn. We will listen carefully and together determine goals and suggest the best training plan to meet those objectives. We then offer the client a trial period. After which, if the client desires he or she may continue their membership.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Staff credentials include: College degree in applied science and health. Certifications including Coaching, Wellness, Martial Arts Instruction, SKIF - Shotokan Karatedo International Federation. We are under the direction of Kancho Nobuaki Kanazawa (Soke Hirokazu Kanazawa) SKIF Japan. Sensei Pat Pusateri has over 40 years experience in Shotokan Karate, Kobudo and more, is 4th degree black belt. Assistant Instructors are 2nd degree black belts each with 10 - 15 years experience.
