CJ from High Tech responded quickly to a water leak we had in our foundation. The leak started on a Monday and he was able to come out Tuesday to quickly assess the fix and solution. By Wednesday morning, he had resealed everything and laid additional concrete outside to prevent future issues. We really appreciated how quick he was able to come out and resolve our issue. Would recommend to anyone with issues with their foundation.

We had CJ come out to resurface our concrete stairs. After he completed the work my wife paid him in full. A note to customers that if there is any follow up work for any labor by anyone do not pay in full until it has been completed. I have shared the before and after photos. Not terrible but clearly a little hasty. No big deal, as I asked him to fix the corner on the top left stair since it was bulging and a few of the stairs did not have clean corners. My wife has rescheduled 3-5 times and has touched base with him every week. One excuse after another to where I am too exhausted to keep trying. I am sure he is not all bad but clearly he is not incentivized to complete the work since he was already paid. Very unprofessional.
This was miscommunication it got resolved. The customer even tried to change his comment. He was able to change the rating. He left the four star and saved it at the same time. He was supposed to change his comment. He thought he could move onto the next step of changing the comment, but he had to do it at the same time and he only has one time to do it.
He definitely tried his best even to remove his comment contacted thumbtack and , wasn’t able to. But he definitely changed a star rating to a four star and multiple apologies.
He was out of town, thinking the situation never got resolved due to bad communication between me and him
This was definitely bad communication due to different time zones and a customer being out of town and not knowing it’s been resolved

Our prices is fair. I wouldn’t say we are the cheapest but I know we could get your job done right on the first time. Cheaper is not always better.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With a new customer, we will discuss the project and try to make it as convenient as possible to move forward with it. We’re doing any kind of renovation or repair. It could be very hectic so we tried to work with your schedule and to make it as convenient as possible.
