Working with Natalie has helped me get into the best shape of my life at 35. I’m the lowest weight I’ve been since high school, but have also gained real muscle. In under 7 months, I’ve lost over 40 pounds and toned parts of my body I’ve always disliked. I’m strong, I feel incredible physically and mentally and because of that, I’m able to do more and challenge myself in new ways. I recently started running, also with Natalie’s guidance and have actually found myself enjoying it. But it’s their strength training program that got me to this point. I started strength training with Natalie 3 times a week, a mix of in-person sessions and workouts on my own. Natalie is a thorough trainer who wants to ensure you know how to do the exercises properly in order to get the maximum benefit, so they had plenty of corrections for me, but I’ve learned my way around the gym thanks to them. I’m up to strength training 4 times a week with Natalie’s program. I’m not intimidated by the gym and working out has become such a constant habit that I rarely skip my workouts. My physical and fitness goals have changed over the last 7 months, but Natalie has always been there to update/edit workouts, provide guidance, accountability and motivation, and give me all the tools I need to live my best physical life. Besides training, Natalie provides nutritional guidance as well and has helped me have a better relationship with food, especially with my increased activity. I struggled with EDs in college and beyond, so working out for me always came hand-in-hand with dieting and severe food restriction. But Natalie has shown me how to eat to maximize my workout gains while still enjoying the foods (and desserts) I’ve always loved. Eating healthy, making smart choices/swaps, cooking from home - they’re habits now, like making my bed or brushing my teeth. If you take the tools Natalie gives you and use their knowledge and advice, you can change your body or reach any fitness goals you have. I’ve put in a lot of effort over the last 7 months and that’s what has gotten me these results, but there’s no way I could have done this without a trainer like Natalie. Highly highly recommend their services if you’re ready to change your life.

Natalie is awesome! She’s more than a ‘trainer’ - basically a ‘fitness lifestyle coach.’ Her knowledge and passion for fitness, wellness and healthy eating are endless. She’s constantly challenging me, custom tailoring each and every session to make sure we keep achieving my goals. She’s encouraging and motivating- and incredibly genuine. She will put you to work!
