You will get great results. Stacy puts together great programs that will fit you appropriately. She takes the time at your first session to figure out where you are at work out capacity by doing testing your body prior to working out. Then she conforms a workout routine for you to start with. Stacy helped me reach my weight loss goal. She taught me healthy eating habits along with great resistance training. She kept me accountable and encouraged me every step of the way. At my highest weight I was 355.5 lbs. that was November 2013. After losing a bit of weight that November and December I knew I was going to put in some hard work. January 2014 I made the best decision of my life. I hired Stacey as my personal trainer for an entire year. Within that year she taught me about weights, cardio, Tabata, muscle endurance, interval training, you name it. Most importantly she taught me how to do it at home, on my own. Almost like a parent teaches and lives their children how to go out in the world and be successful. She supported me with my personal fitness goals, checked in on me between visits and became such a great friend. I'm no longer 300's, or 200's. Today I'm 172 and I would have not been able to get to this point in my life if it wasn't for this woman. I'm grateful and will always love her for it. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?All seasons are 1 hour .I can travel to you for a fee usually around $10 per session .The more you train the less you pay .If you train once a week the session is $35 , train twice a week $30 , and if you train 3 times a week $25.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First we start with a free Consultation where we discuss your goals and medical history .I then evaluate your cardiovascular response to exercize as well as your Muscular endurance.Measurments taken witch will be including body fat Analysis and a weight measurement as well .This will serve as your starting point and we will repeat this process monthly so you can see your progress !! Lastly we will discuss what I expect of you during the duration of training with me .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I attended national personal training Institute where I completed an internship .I have a diploma from the state of Illinois for personal training and nutrition.I have 5 years experience training one on one and in group setting .
