When first began working out with Stacy, I was completely out of shape. Stacy encouraged me to change my eating habits and gave me pointers on things I could do in the gym on the days she wasn't training me. I owe Stacy so much because of her I'm down 25 pounds.Apr 2, 2015
I loved having stacy as my trainer.she gavee me the tools i needed to lose weight and keep it off. I felt so comfortable working with her. She never made me feel bad about myself, she pushed me with positive words. She was not only a trainer, but became a friend. Thank you stacy for all your hard work .Mar 7, 2015
You will get great results. Stacy puts together great programs that will fit you appropriately. She takes the time at your first session to figure out where you are at work out capacity by doing testing your body prior to working out. Then she conforms a workout routine for you to start with. If you stick with it and change your habits, you will see great results. Plus you get a great person to talk too!Mar 3, 2015
Stacy helped me reach my weight loss goal. She taught me healthy eating habits along with great resistance training. She kept me accountable and encouraged me every step of the way. I lost 40 lbs in 4 months. The workouts were designed personally for me. I forever am greatful for all of Stacys support and great knowledge that she taught me.Mar 3, 2015
At my highest weight I was 355.5 lbs. that was November 2013. After losing a bit of weight that November and December I knew I was going to put in some hard work. January 2014 I made the best decision of my life. I hired Stacey as my personal trainer for an entire year. Within that year she taught me about weights, cardio, Tabata, muscle endurance, interval training, you name it. Most importantly she taught me how to do it at home, on my own. Almost like a parent teaches and lives their children how to go out in the world and be successful. She supported me with my personal fitness goals, checked in on me between visits and became such a great friend. I'm no longer 300's, or 200's. Today I'm 172 and I would have not been able to get to this point in my life if it wasn't for this woman. I'm grateful and will always love her for it. She knows her stuff, she listens to what your needs and goals are, she's absolutely phenomenal.Mar 1, 2015
