- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have any hidden fees. Our discounts are for promotional purposes. We value our new customers as well as our loyal customers. Please feel free to ask us about any promotions going on.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically will go first to your property to evaluate the condition of the home and the areas that need the work done. Our quotes are based on the amount of time, material and the distance to and from the project in relation to where your materials are for our workers to pick up and if there are any debris or trash that need to be removed from the property all together. We then go over the budget plan with the customer to see if the job fits the budget. We do work closely with our customers if there are any concerns regarding the financing of the project. Soon, we will offer financing for those customers who have other areas to invest in for their property or properties. In the interim, we do our best to make sure that every aspect of the job is comfortable for our first-time customers so that they will be confident in us when moving forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a 4 year degree in contracting and construction related work. I have been in the industry since June of 1998. I am located in Evanston where I went to the best primary and secondary schools prior to my education in the field.
