Was out of town when I got an alert from my phone saying the furnace had gone out. Pro United responded quickly, and made it easy to do the whole thing remotely. The tech also provided detailed notes and made sure to talk through things with me over the phone. Would recommend for furnace repair.

The technician that came in was great to work with. He replaced our igniter and just did a general inspection ahead of Winter. We plan to follow up with a more thorough evaluation of our ducts and vents with this company because we were very happy with their service and communication and value.

Pro United was great to work with. My master bedroom had no airflow and was extremely cold because of the season. Thomas and Alex were able to reroute and install a new air duct and I now have the balanced temperatures in each room. I would definitely recommend!

Thomas and his helper were great! They were thorough in the dryer vent cleaning and even helped me with the heavy task of moving my stacked washer/dryer so I could put a tray underneath. They explained the process and answered all of my questions. Very respectful, helpful, and professional. Good deal and would recommend! I know he is available to help out with handyman type work so I might hire him again for that help.
