I am a teacher and Realtor. I have 15 years of experience with building and consulting online businesses. I am extremely reliable. I am looking for a property management position, preferably live in, but I can travel. I am looking for both full- or part-time. I teach live classes online and make my own schedule, so I am able to work around that schedule. I am 56 and have a lot of energy, and I believe that a smile can go a million miles. I have experience in managing my own rentals and have passed the Illinois Real Estate Broker exam which feels a bit like taking an exam to become a lawyer. I am an Illinois teacher with a current license until 2020 and have gone through all background checks for both teaching and real estate, which are extensive.
