agreed on price and when he came to collect asked for more. I paid because I knew it was high, but didn't know he didn't finish the job. This is not in the town I live in. He was to return to mow the next week and many excuses later I found out he didn't complete the job he was paid for. DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM UNLESS YOU ARE ABLE TO STAND OVER HIM, NOT TOTALLY HONEST. I have since hired another person to do the job and complete the job he got paid for.
