- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try and work within budgets for the brides, every situation is different an I adjust what I offer accordingly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I set up a time to meet, we go over expectations and look at my portfolio sign the contract and pay the non refundable deposit to hold the date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained by CPI corporation that was the company behind Sears Portrait studio, I branched out on my own once the studios started closing down. I have certifications in portrait, family, business, children photography. I started doing weddings and found my nitch
