I made an appointment and had a change of plans, so I called to ask about rescheduling since my spouse wasn’t able to make the appointment. Patricia was very accommodating...she said to come in alone since I had the paperwork/documents... all I had to do was get the paperwork signed by my spouse once the numbers were calculated and return them back to the office...it was quick and easy! I even forgot my taxes from last year, but it wasn’t even an issue Martina tackled it like the true pro she is. First impressions are very important and they had a great first impression..They were so nice and know their jobs well!! I definitely recommend their services! I even got a cup of coffee and 2 cool pens 😄 I will be back next year!!

They took the time to explain the entire process including the new tax laws made a seemingly difficult task very easy. I definitely will use them in the future
