Great group of people to work with. From the sales guy to the actual installers. Everyone was very knowledgeable about the product and installation. Team replaced all 12 windows in just 2 days and cleaned up everything as well. Very happy with the windows. Highly recommend and we'll be using again.

These guys are a super team. I wish I had the option of giving 10 out of 5 stars. They work in your house as they are working in their own house. From the first free estimate visit to completion, they make it pain free for you. I have experience with another window installer 5 years ago. I can tell the difference this time. These guys are the best you can get in Hoffman Estates and surrounding areas. Super friendly, timely communication, competitive pricing, honest, do not cut corners, repair stuff as/when needed, take pride in their work and love their job.

Had a great experience working with them! I had 4 windows and the garage side door replaced. Vlad, Oleg, and the crew were very helpful and knowledgeable about the work that they do. Very neat installation process from start to finish, I can tell they really care about their craft and meeting the customer's needs. One of the smoothest home improvement projects I've ever gone through with any company!

Earlier this year we had Goverla replace 10 windows in our 100 year old home. Throughout the entire process I couldn't have been happier with the service they provided. From the initial phases of working with Vlad, to the final installation with Oleg and his crew, they have been the easiest and most responsive company to work with.
Vlad, our sales rep, spent a lot of time working with us to make sure we were able to get exactly what we wanted and did a great job of quickly following up with us for all of our questions and keeping us informed once windows were ordered. He was detail oriented and kept great notes, making sure nothing got missed in the process.
Oleg is the lead installer and is a genuine craftsman. His attention to detail is unparalleled and he got every tiny detail correct for each window, which is incredible when you consider how difficult it is working on anything in a 100 year old house where nothing is level. Oleg and his crew were quick, efficient, and all around incredibly nice people.
I met with quite a few different window contractors prior to making the decision to go with Goverla and I couldn't be happier with the decision I made . I pretty rarely leave reviews but I felt like I had to with them. It's hard enough picking contractors when you haven't worked with them before, but after having worked with Goverla, I would pick them again every time.

Honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. In addition to a great price and product, Vlad and the team were extremely professional, listened to what we were looking for without pushing anything extra, extremely communicative and helpful, and were always on time. After the job, they left the site cleaner than when they got here. Will definitely be using them again for our next set of windows.
