FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you are simply looking for the cheapest contractor, I'm not the guy for you. The reason I'm not the cheapest Is because my work will be done at a level of quality other contractors are not able to match. I do not accept anything less than the best possible outcome. That said, my prices are reasonable and I offer discounts for projects that require considerable time on site, such as remodeling a kitchen, finishing a basment, a full demo / design of a master bath.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always meet in person at the site. I'll ask a million questions. Its critical we are aligned on the vision/outcome you expect. We will discuss expectations and align as best as possible so I can provide the best pricing possible. Once we have an agreement, we will get started as soon as possible with special consideration to ensure we disrupt your daily life as little as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've owned my own contracting firm for almost 25 years. I've learned from the best in the industry and network with experts across the nation to learn new techniques.
