- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free estimate and on-site evaluation to understand the project. Next, we provide a clear written quote and review the scope of work with the customer. Once approved, we schedule the job, complete the work with quality craftsmanship and regular communication, and finish with a final walkthrough to ensure satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 10 years of hands-on experience in masonry and exterior construction, including tuckpointing, brick and stone repair, chimney rebuilding, concrete work, paver patios, retaining walls, fencing, decks, and drainage systems. We follow industry standards and safety practices and hold all required local business licensing and insurance needed to operate as a masonry and exterior contractor in Illinois.
