FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I require a consult visit prior to any training taking place. The consult visits are $25.00 for about a half hour. Training sessions will be scheduled at the Consult visit. Training sessions vary in pricing depending mileage. Ask about a training package, it’s the best bang for your buck.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I require a consult appointment where we meet and I can ask questions and make observations to better understand the situation and agree upon common goals. We go over the contract. I ask that you have a proof of most recent vaccines to show me. Then I go home and develop a training plan to bring at the agreed upon date and time of the next appointment, where we begin training.
