- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our proposals are produced with an estimating system. This helps Monarch manage the work schedule by understanding how many labor hours are involved with each project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Find out what they want. Identify all the items they need to accomplish that goal. Determine the best plan and than execute the plan. This sounds simple, and in most cases projects go smoothly. When something unforeseen occurs, this item is communicated to the client and than the project moves forward from that point.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied Business at Indiana University. I have worked as a Laborer, Foreman, Estimator, Project Manager, Sales Representative & I was a Branch Manager at TruGreen Landcare for several years. Landcare was a conglomeration of Landscape companies that TruGreen ChemLawn purchased. The training covered everything from Profit & Loss management/projections, personnel management, safety training, pesticides licensing, hardscape training, and customer retention.
