Nadav was very professional and responsive with my request. The estimate was upfront and fair. He listened to my concerns and gave me a few options to troubleshoot my outdoor gas fireplace that wasn’t working. I appreciated that he took his time, had all the parts I needed, fixed the problem and made sure it was lighting properly. He also gave me a few tips on keeping it well maintained and clean. We had a great experience with this service person. He is as honest as the day is long. He did a lot of extra things. He did not have to do truly professional, great personality and set me up better than I was before with the fireplace. Did a great job I would recommend him to anybody.
