FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing differs depending on clients needs. Services range from one-on-one personal training, group personal training, grocery visits, home visits Etc
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every new client goes through a functional movement screen. Through this screening I can tell if the body is functioning properly or improperly as far as functional movement. From my assessment I create a plan of approach which usually starts with Correctional exercise. With Correctional exercise we are correcting the body's functional movement patterns. After 4 to 8 weeks of Correctional exercise we move to a muscular endurance stage. At this stage the client is performing lighter-weight at higher rep to program the body for the movement pattern of the exercise. This program is usually 4 to 8 weeks as well. The ones my client has become more efficient with movement patterns we can graduate to the strength training phase. In this phase the client is doing less rep with more weight now that they have mastered the functional movement patterns. Every client is different however this is the safest approach to take to make sure client stay injury-free.
