THESE PEOPLE ARE INCOMPETENT!!!! They had my computer for almost 2 months I left numerous voicemail msgs. So I decided to visit the store... and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING had been done to my computer(so I thought) I later found PRIVATE INFORMATION WAS STOLEN FROM MY COMPUTER!!!

We are trusted contractors for numerous Government Agencies along with dozens of fortune 500 companies. If you have evidence that your data was compromised while in our possession I encourage you to call and speak with the owner @ 618-709-7013 Your Computer was dropped off on November 12, 2015. November 14th we left a voicemail informing you of our assessment. We got a phone call back in which we were informed that you wanted to discuss the repair with your spouse and would get back to us. That was the last time we heard from you to our knowledge. When you picked up the PC yesterday 12/9/2015. You complained that we had not completed the repair and we explained that we were waiting for authorization to make the repair. It was explained that we had voicemail issues for about a week and that may have been the cause of us not getting your message or getting back to you. While the phone issue is our issue and something we addressed several weeks ago. We did go through and call as many people as we had not heard from. It sounds like you may have slipped through the cracks. For which we offer our sincerest apologies. As far as data being stolen the only thing done to your PC was an evaluation which did include removing the HD for testing purposes. Which is standard procedure and is automated by machine. There is no manually digging through files or HD's. I know when you left you were upset and threatening myself and the staff with physical violence, I would ask that you consider this review for accuracy seeing as how a statement such as the above if not 100% true is defamation of character and could end very badly for the poster in court.

    Ask how long they've been in business. In my almost 14 years, I have seen many computer repair businesses come and go. Hire one that will be Here today and tomorrow to provide support or cover that warranty!
