I was away and the tenants heat went out. They were very responsive and within a day I had a new furnace installed. They saved money by using Heil instead of one of the higher end furnaces. I didn’t give a full five stars only because I felt as though my furnace may have had water damage the reason it went out, but they were most concerned with replacing the unit, and less concerned about how to make sure I did t have the problem again. If you use them, you will be very satisfied. I’m sure not being on site didn’t help any. I think if I had’ve been there, it would have felt more complete.

I would recommend learning the trade better and not saying you can do something that you are unfamiliar with. . Rushing to get the work done does not benefit anyone. The work was not performed in a workmanlike manner. The air handler and condenser unit was wired incorrectly. I had to bring an extra wire to my thermostat, wire according to the schematic and bring power to the unit, which was my part anyway, but I had to open the ductwork to make the connection to the air handler. Dip switches were not set from a 5 ton unit to 4 ton on the condenser or the air handler. I also had to install the heater kit for the unit. One duct was not installed and I had to test the unit to ensure it worked. More work than I was looking for. I do not feel like I received the best service and would not recommend this company’s service in the future. It’s unfortunate that I knew more about the equipment and install than the person who installed it. Also, my freshly painted walls were scuffed up after I told him the walls were just painted. Dirt was tracked up my stairs and not cleaned as well. It is an understatement to say I am not satisfied. I think he has potential for doing better, but again, take you time.
