Introduction: R&R Climate Control started in the fall of 2011. The owners wanted to start an HVAC company that would be known for customer service, honesty in practice, quality workmanship, and fair pricing.
Although a relatively young company, they have grown quite fast and can credit their success to customer recommendations and word-of-mouth advertising. R&R Climate Control currently offers heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration services to Northern Illinois, from the city of Rockford to the Northwest Chicago Suburbs, including Elgin, St. Charles, Algonquin, Crystal Lake, and Barrington.

R&R came out right away to give me an estimate on my 1882 farm house. I had a boiler system for heat and it was nothing but problems. And there was no AC in the house. R&R came in and put in two furnaces and two ac units, one for each floor. Since the heat used to be a boiler, there were no vents in the house. Which meant they had to basically start from scratch. My house has 7 different crawl spaces under it, and some are only 18 inches tall. Which meant there was a lot of crawling down there to put in the vent system, and they never complained. They gave me what I thought was a great price and had the work done quickly. Any future work I need done I will give R&R a call. In fact I just hired them to take care of my business's roof top units. It is a 30,000 sf building with 7 units. The upkeep is half of what I was being charged from the last company for the last 15 years.

Air Conditioner was not working properly and was giving us a lot of problems. I called up R & R and they said they were pretty busy until Friday. I set up an appointment and a couple minutes later I got a call back saying someone canceled and he would be out in an hour. I was super pleased. The owner came out and was the one who worked on my A/C. He was very friendly and very honest. He was respectful of my home and of me. He fixed my A/C and it was very affordable too. I have dealt with other "big name" companies that you hear about and haven't had the same quality of people come out. R & R is a great company and I would highly recommend them to anyone out there.
