Gmart replaced the rotten fascia board on 3 sides of my garage and furnished new gutters on 4 sides of the garage. Also, fixed the downspout and drainage on my house. They were helpful, professional and did a great job.

G-Mart was impressive to say the least. Let’s start with the estimate which was one my favorite parts of the whole process. I contacted about six different companies for an estimate which only four responded to.
G-Mart owner Greg Martyniak came by and met with me to provide an estimate. I had three other estimates; two of which required that my wife be present for the estimate (which was a sneaky sales tactic to get us to buy on the spot). The other three estimates were all gimmicky and sales oriented. With the other estimates I felt like I was being fed a sales pitch that was long and dragged out.
Greg’s estimate was right to the point and efficient. His estimate took less than 30 minutes while all the other estimates each took over an hour. He walked around the house with me and explained all the things that they would do and problems that he noticed that would be fixed by his team. And this was not some drawn out sales pitch, it was efficient and right to the point which I really enjoyed. Greg didn’t use gimmicky sales tactics to push his services on me; he just presented what his team would do, he answered my questions, and then we both went on with our days and he sent an estimate over via email the next day. The price was also very competitive. He was not the cheapest but he was way cheaper than the most expensive estimate I got.
One of the things that really caught my eye initially too was not the positive reviews but the lack of negative reviews which was really impressive in my opinion. In reference to the work performed. The crews were very polite and were always working very hard. You could tell they had a great deal of experience in their field. They were very neat and thorough and did everything that they said they were going to do. They found some rotted wood behind the old siding so they showed me the problem and replaced it without charging me extra.
I will definitely be recommending this company in the future; our home looks amazing, thank you Greg.

A few months ago I discovered hale damage after I had our roof replaced. Farmer's Insurance agreed to fix it and offered us $1800 as I recall for damage at three locations. I called Greg a G-Mart and after he was done, one month later, he got $16,000 from Farmers' and replaced all of our siding, soffits, fascia and even wood and metal trim and repainting of our shutters, which were too good to throw out. With no exaggeration it looks better than it did when it was new. Greg's workers were highly skilled and neat. Great experience. I give Greg a 5 star rating

We hired Gmart, Inc. to replace all of our old Tudor style siding with insulated vinyl siding. We also were replacing all the gutters and downspouts (he put in oversized downspouts without charging extra) and replaced 5 windows in our living room, 3 windows in our dining room and the 3 windows in the kitchen bay window eating area.
We narrowed down our search to three companies and interviewed all three. We selected Gmart because the owner, Gregg Martyniak was not only knowledgeable and helpful in sorting through our options, but also offered really good design suggestions and helped us find ways to avoid spending money unnecessarily. We saved money by choosing GMart. It turns out we made the best possible choice in a contractor.
Gregg has a good eye and worked as a partner with us to come up with designs that we felt enhanced the look of our house, in line with our style preferences. In addition, he impressed us with this honesty. He showed us how we could save money and get the same or better quality, even though he could have made more money himself without sharing this information. For example, we ordered our windows directly from a contractor supply company and while he could have done that himself and made a mark up, he did all the measurements so we could call in the order directly.(He gave us the choice and even spoke twice with the supply company to make sure we got the order right.) We could not have purchased the windows for less anywhere else. He is very honest, reliable and trustworthy.
His crew was thorough, highly skilled and meticulous. They cleaned up every day so that the area was spotless. In fact, at the end, they left our property looking better and cleaner than before they came. Chris, the crew chief is very talented in many areas, including carpentry. They could have made us purchase the entire bay window pre-assembled which would have cost us thousands more. But to help us save money, the allowed us to order three windows and they rebuilt our bay window for the cost of the materials.
We could not be more pleased with the outcome -- the siding looks great and the windows are beautifully installed. The house is well insulated and we can feel the difference already in temperature consistency throughout the house, and more efficiency. All of our neighbors have commented on how great the house looks, and also on how detail oriented the crew was. In fact, a few days after the job was completed, and the crew had left, the crew chief came back and did a final thorough inspection to make sure everything was done as it was supposed to be, and nothing was left unfinished.
We have worked with many contractors over the years, and we can honestly say working the Gregg and GMart, Inc. was the best experience we have had -- a pleasure in every respect. This is what working with contractors "should" be like.

Greg and his crew installed new siding on my whole house and finished my windows (sealing and capping) that was not completed by the window contractor (I wish I had known about Greg before I had my windows installed, I would have used him)! I have never worked with a contractor like Greg before - he is everything one would want in a contractor. He is responsive, creative, he has a good sense of style, his crew is amazing and he is at the site at least once a day to check on the progress. He was here when he said he would be and the work was completed on time (actually, a little ahead of schedule) and the site was cleaned up every day and the dumpster was gone within an hour of completing the job. I am very happy with the work. I had an exterminator go around the house and check for entry points for mice (yep, found a couple in my basement) and he commented on what a quality job the siding people did. Greg's crew were very, very nice and polite, and competent. They took a lot of pride in their work. They were also very considerate to my neighbors. They also installed an entry door and two screen doors. About six weeks later, the lock on one of the entry doors was not catching so I called Greg. He sent the crew supervisor out within a couple hours and fixed it right away within minutes. I feel very fortunate to have found him and highly recommend him without reservation!
